What the first aid kit should contain

Your kit is used to help you better deal with any eventuality, for this reason it is preferable that it contains the following accessories:

  • Sterile gauze, plasters and bandages of various sizes
  • Adhesive bandages
  • Scissors and tweezers
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disinfectant wipes and solution
  • Eye wash solution

Other always useful components are the instant ice, insect repellent and after prick, flashlight and power banks always loaded for emergencies.

They deserve a separate discussion drugs which must be constantly checked to avoid having expired products just when needed and which must necessarily be closed in precise boxes to maintain their properties (they tend to deteriorate with sudden changes in temperature).

Obviously, even if you decide to make your own first aid kit, remember that the first thing to do is always to contact the emergency service.
